BIM Technical Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organize and deliver training sessions and technical capacity-building programs

• Create and update content, materials, and learning pathways

• Serve as a mentor and technical reference for teams

• Assist with onboarding and the continuous development of providers

• Identify training needs and suggest improvements

• Monitor the progress of providers and the effectiveness of training programs

• Research and integrate new technologies, tools, and best BIM practices

• Support strategic projects by conducting modeling and technical reviews when necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with BIM and a keen interest in technology and innovation

• Background in training, capacity building, mentoring, or technical development

• Strong communication skills and the ability to share knowledge clearly and effectively

• Proficiency in Revit, Forma, and Navisworks

• Proactive, organized, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement

• Ability to develop and adapt materials, content, and technical learning resources

• Advanced English proficiency

• Additional assets: knowledge of Dynamo, Power BI, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam

• Additional assets: experience in creating BIM standards, technical documentation, workflows, and best practices
