This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance BIM models using Revit and associated platforms to facilitate construction planning and execution.
• Assist with model coordination, clash detection, and constructability assessments in collaboration with design and construction teams.
• Provide support to project teams through model-based problem-solving and visualization techniques.
• Collaborate with project managers, schedulers, superintendents, and designers to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements.
• Create model views, animations, and visualizations for internal evaluations, client presentations, and construction planning sessions.
• Contribute to the development of BIM execution plans (BEPs) and uphold model standards across various projects.
• Ensure model accuracy, organization, and data integrity in alignment with established BIM standards.
• Assist in model handoffs, file management, and documentation processes.
• Remain updated on the latest BIM workflows and tools.
• 2–3 years of experience in a BIM or Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) position.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks Manage (or similar).
• Knowledge of construction methods, processes, and sequencing.
• Excellent communication abilities and a strong capacity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
