📋 Description

• Accurately process customer billing tickets within designated timelines, ensuring timely and comprehensive resolution.

• Investigate and address billing discrepancies and customer inquiries, prioritizing accuracy and prompt follow-up.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve billing challenges and facilitate an efficient, seamless order-to-cash process.

• Offer additional administrative and operational support to the billing team as necessary, contributing to consistent workflow and coverage.

• Recognize opportunities where AI and automation can replace manual tasks in dunning, reconciliation, and dispute triage.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance collections outreach, perform aging analysis, and generate reports.

• Collaborate with RevOps and Data teams to pilot AI-enabled billing and collections workflows, such as automated dispute categorization or payment risk assessment, as Pearl expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Excel and Stripe.
