This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Review and authorize incoming contracts and Sales Orders to ensure they comply with pricing policies and legal standards.
• Provide guidance to Sales on structuring contracts to guarantee billability.
• Collaborate with Revenue Controllership to verify contract accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Oversee the complete billing cycle for German clients, including compliance with VAT and language requirements.
• Address billing discrepancies and manage the processes for credit memos.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer master data within ERP and CRM systems.
• Conduct monthly revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606.
• Prepare and record journal entries for deferred revenue, unbilled receivables, and revenue adjustments.
• Reconcile revenue accounts and deliver variance analysis.
• Carry out month-end close procedures.
• Execute transactions related to SAP deferred revenue, unbilled revenue, intercompany reconciliation, and revenue recognition.
• Perform thorough account reconciliations to uphold the integrity of the general ledger.
• Create weekly and monthly reports on billing, receivables aging, and recognized revenue.
• Maintain data integrity across both SAP and Salesforce platforms.
• Contribute to the optimization of billing workflows and automation projects.
• Prior experience in Billing, Revenue Operations, or Financial Controlling.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, particularly in FI/CO or SD modules; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Experience in managing contract terms and customer lifecycles using Salesforce is desired.
• Strong skills in Excel, including proficiency with Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets is a plus.
• Professional-level fluency in both German and English (C1/C2) is essential.
• Capability to ensure compliance with local German VAT regulations and apply IFRS 15 / ASC 606 standards.
