This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Support marketing initiatives, including event invitations and follow-up communications.
• Monitor and confirm time entries for billing accuracy.
• Revise templates and ensure uniformity across documents.
• Maintain accurate records within Smokeball CRM.
• Collect information and coordinate logistics for firm-related events.
• Update and preserve documentation within Smokeball CRM.
• Accurately prepare and process billing and invoicing for attorneys while adhering to ethical standards.
• Organize calendaring and scheduling responsibilities for attorneys.
• Pre-draft documents with precision and identify errors for correction.
• Provide occasional phone and email coverage as necessary.
• 2-3 years of experience working as a legal assistant.
• Billing task experience is essential.
• Familiarity with probate, estate planning, and guardianship matters is advantageous.
• Required software: Smokeball.
• Language proficiency: English and Spanish.
