
Billing and Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Upload and oversee information in MyCase and other platforms.
• File legal documents and manage document workflows efficiently.
• Provide support for case management and keep records organized.
• Professionally answer and return client calls.
• Manage billing processes and ensure accurate billing entries are recorded.
• Track and log billable hours, including time spent on calls.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendar entries effectively.
• Request and manage client reviews (Google reviews).
• Communicate with clients regarding updates on their cases and follow-ups.
• Draft legal documents and motions (if qualified).
• Collect retainers and assist in obtaining signed agreements.
• Provide assistance with general administrative and operational tasks.
• Location: Remote.
• Timezone: EST (Boston).
• Schedule: 08:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. EST.
• Legal background preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in client communication and administrative support is required.
• Strong capability in managing billing processes and tracking billable hours.
• Comfortable with client interactions through phone, email, and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in legal or case management software is highly regarded.
