Billing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare and accurately process customer invoices utilizing various billing models, including milestone, subscription, and contract-based methods.

• Review billing inputs for precision and collaborate with function leaders to ensure consistency with contract stipulations.

• Work in conjunction with the Accounts Receivable team to address cash application challenges and assist with collections.

• Manage billing configurations and schedules within the ERP system (NetSuite ARM) to facilitate timely invoicing and month-end closure.

• Examine monthly billing activities, conduct reconciliations with contracts, and address discrepancies, disputes, and adjustments.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, assist with audit requests, and contribute to the development of scalable billing processes and continuous enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of pertinent experience in billing, revenue operations, or accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• Experience with NetSuite is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong comprehension of contract structures and billing methodologies.

• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable processing.

• Ability to think independently with a keen attention to detail.
