Bilingual Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Conducting behavioral or functional Analytic Assessment Processes

• Developing case supervision and clinical management

• Creating and executing an ABA Treatment Plan

• Consulting with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding client and family concerns

• Selecting suitable stimulus materials and treatment modalities tailored to the age and abilities of the individual served

• Involving the client and family in establishing treatment goals and training them on specific treatment strategies and carryover skills

• Providing clear and concise instructions when presenting materials and/or techniques during therapy

• Accurately recording and tracking daily progress for clients and families

• Utilizing session time efficiently to achieve objectives

• Delivering accurate and immediate feedback to clients and/or families

• Planning for the discharge of the individual served

⛳️ Requirements

• General knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis

• Familiarity with services and/or knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Managerial experience

• Proficient computer skills in Excel, database management, and record keeping

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities

• Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality

• Excellent organizational skills

• Completing stage two assessments

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Performing other duties as assigned
