Bilingual Success Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design high-quality professional learning that aligns with the project vision and Bluebonnet Learning (Aprendizaje Bluebonnet SLAR K–5 & TEKS) standards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Texas Implementation Services team.

• Develop multi-year, equity-focused learning sequences for educators and administrators.

• Create and contribute to resources for professional learning.

• Support internal learning experiences that prepare field-facing teams for effective service delivery.

• Utilize an iterative design process that incorporates participant feedback.

• Ensure that accessibility standards and visual design requirements are fulfilled.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Great Minds curricula and professional learning design.

• Communicate proactively and adhere to deadlines.

• Cultivate a strong Great Minds culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess the following Texas Certifications: Generalist (EC-6) - required.

• Bilingual Education Supplemental (EC-6) - Spanish - required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing professional learning content.

• Experience in school or district leadership (required).

• Extensive content knowledge in Spanish Language Arts and Reading (SLAR) and Reading Language Arts (RLA) TEKS.

• At least 3 years of experience in facilitating professional development workshops for teachers and administrators.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting and leading the implementation of Texas Education Agency OER instructional materials.

• Extensive and expert-level knowledge of pedagogical approaches.

• Exceptional communication, writing, and editing abilities.
