Bilingual Student Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to Medicaid members in both English and Spanish to determine their eligibility for the Health-Related Social Needs Medicaid benefit and facilitate connections to necessary supports.

• Perform data entry for member interactions.

• Conduct data cleaning and basic analysis.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned, such as assisting with meetings and providing technical support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or on a break from an Undergraduate Program (minimum of 6 credit hours).

• Proficient in computer skills and experienced in Microsoft Office, with the capability to create spreadsheets, data entry forms, queries, reports, and to deliver PowerPoint presentations.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• At least 1 year of experience in research data collection, including managing protected health information.
