Bilingual Spanish Research Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Reach out to English and Spanish-speaking consumers across the United States.

• Gather feedback from respondents who are familiar with our clients' products and services by diligently adhering to a provided script.

• Collect in-depth opinions and deliver high-quality, valuable data to our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional reading, writing, and communication skills (fluency and literacy in both English and Spanish are mandatory).

• Strong typing abilities with the capacity to swiftly transcribe verbal responses (fluency and literacy in both English and Spanish are mandatory).

• Friendly, polite, punctual, and dependable.

• Capability to persuade others and provide verbal guidance.

• Proficient in using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps.

• Ability to quickly and independently manage technical issues and troubleshooting.

• Adaptability to new policies and procedures.

• Enjoy working autonomously, are self-motivated, and excel at repetitive tasks.
