This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.
• Offer technical assistance and support for incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and internal messaging in a prompt manner
• Educate customers on our processes, systems, and software
• Listen attentively to clients to comprehend their issues and concerns
• Suggest enhancements to boost the performance and quality of our software
• Guide customers through the problem-solving process
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware along with proprietary POS software
• Assist various departments with their inquiries and issues
• Provide support across multiple service platforms
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, with a minimum of 6 months in a technical support position
• High School Diploma or GED; preference will be given to candidates holding A+ or Network+ certifications
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a must
• Comprehensive knowledge of PCs, operating systems, networking, and applications
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred
• Background in helpdesk support, computer repair, or a similar field
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Solid experience with Microsoft operating systems
