This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Delivers exceptional online and telephone support to all customers, including brokers, agents, and their uplines.
• Ensures high-quality management of customer inquiries through mail, email, and chat communications.
• Addresses inquiries and resolves issues related to all facets of broker/agent operations: queries regarding member eligibility, benefits, the claims process, product inquiries, and various other customer support functions.
• Manages broker/agent inquiries and issues related to onboarding, recertification, and commissions.
• Provides recommendations to management regarding problems, trends, and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Maintains open communication with both internal and external customers.
• Collaborates with the Quality Assurance team to comprehend, monitor, and analyze quality performance challenges.
• Adapts to a flexible schedule that includes late shifts and weekends, especially during the Annual Open Enrollment Period, Open Enrollment Period, and during unexpected business interruptions.
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience in telephonic customer service, including the management of escalated calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Skills in conflict resolution.
• Background in managing complex situations and/or projects.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
