Bilingual Sales Manager, English-Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and Develop: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams.

• Conversion Strategy: You will create strategies aimed at achieving booking and consultation conversion rates of ≥ 25%.

• Process Optimization: You will enhance sales scripts and workflows to remove bottlenecks and shorten contract execution times.

• Analysis and Reporting: You will provide detailed performance reports, revenue trends, and data visualizations to senior management.

• Client Retention: You will spearhead post-sale initiatives to maintain a retention rate of 90%.

• Attend the consultation day events.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, contract management tools, and data analysis.
