This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Supervise the Demand Department of the firm, ensuring the effective advancement of personal injury cases.

• Oversee departmental functions, team performance, quality assurance, productivity, and strategic initiatives.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for teams related to demand.

• Ensure adherence to internal processes, performance standards, and quality benchmarks.

• Hold regular one-on-one meetings focused on coaching and professional growth.

• Monitor departmental performance to guarantee that KPIs are achieved.

• Carry out case audits to confirm accuracy and compliance with established processes.

• Collaborate with leadership on enhancing workflows and operational strategies.

• Maintain high-quality client service and resolve escalated client issues.

• Gather and analyze performance data within the department to foster continuous improvement.

• A minimum of 3 years of management experience is required.

• Experience in the legal industry is necessary; experience in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm is highly preferred.

• Proven experience managing teams in performance-oriented environments with measurable productivity and quality metrics.

• Experience in conducting performance evaluations, coaching discussions, audits, and initiatives for performance improvement.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team development capabilities.

• Ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and implement process enhancements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in case management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
