This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Handle 40-50 incoming calls daily with empathy and understanding.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for patients seeking information and assistance regarding services and orders.
• Accurately represent Aveanna and its core values.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience in a call center setting.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical field or familiarity with medical terminology (preferably related to DME and Home Healthcare).
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
