This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address patient inquiries through a variety of communication methods including inbound and outbound calls, emails, text messages, and web chats.
• Organize patient appointments and handle any changes or cancellations effectively.
• Deliver comprehensive pre-appointment and post-appointment instructions to patients.
• Conduct follow-ups with patients as necessary to ensure they have received all required information.
• Assist in the operations of the clinic by coordinating and performing administrative tasks.
• Keep precise records of all patient interactions.
• Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor throughout.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, patient support, or a comparable client-facing position.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fully remote environment.
• Strong written communication skills with a keen attention to grammar and clarity.
• Comfortable with learning and using various software tools and platforms.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace at home.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A patient, empathetic, and consistently professional communication style.
• Must currently reside in Mexico.
• Paid training.
