Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator – Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and systematically manage extensive and intricate patient files and clinical records with a high level of detail and precision.

• Perform professional, friendly, and effective patient outreach through phone calls, emails, and text messaging.

• Navigate the complexities of insurance verifications for Commercial, Personal Injury (PI), and Workers' Compensation coverage.

• Manage provider schedules, coordinate patient appointments, and facilitate a seamless clinical workflow.

• Apply nursing judgment to address patient inquiries, comprehend treatment contexts, and enhance care efficiency with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active RN (Registered Nurse) or NP (Nurse Practitioner) qualification (mandatory).

• At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant.

• Fully bilingual in both English and Spanish, with exceptionally clear spoken English.

• Practical experience in verifying Commercial, Personal Injury (PI), and Workers' Compensation coverage.

• Skilled in calendar management, appointment scheduling, and using various communication platforms.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing substantial caseloads with accuracy.

• Full-time contractor position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm EST.
