This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Reporting to the Manager of Mortgage Operations, the Mortgage Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting Originations by delivering exceptional customer service for document processing.
• Responsible for ensuring precise data entry, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, and prioritizing operational efficiencies.
• Effectively communicates in both verbal and written forms with internal and external stakeholders regarding incomplete documents or the need for additional information.
• Maintains and leverages Salesforce dashboards to monitor and manage deals within the pipeline.
• Reviews and approves supporting documents in accordance with HTB’s risk appetite and established policies.
• A college diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• The role necessitates a minimum of 2 years of experience in Mortgage Administration, Operations, or a comparable financial services position.
• A commitment to learning and a desire to enhance your knowledge and skills is essential.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal (including phone interactions).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing your time.
• Proficiency in both French and English is required.
