This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a regionally assigned portfolio of clients
• Collaborate closely with New Business Sales and Growth Sales Leadership teams
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Professional Services teams
• Establish credibility and trust with clients
• Maintain and expand SaaS revenue through consultative interactions
• Promote activation and adoption of the Toast product suite
• Perform discovery to uncover opportunities for expansion
• Assist in developing scalable Customer Success processes
• Travel for in-person client visits
• Proficient/Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken)
• 6+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar field
• Proven capability to work independently
• Strong technical knowledge
• History of surpassing objectives
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Adaptable and versatile
