Bilingual Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent – Spanish-English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Help clients comprehend their insurance coverages and choose appropriate products.

• Deliver comprehensive customer service and sales throughout the entire lifecycle, handling incoming calls or reaching out for follow-ups.

• Address customer queries with empathy and active listening skills.

• Recognize additional needs that clients may have and assist them in upgrading their products or services.

• Finalize the sale or renewal of a health plan that aligns with the customer's requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid health insurance license in your state of residence.

• High-speed internet connection (greater than 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).

• At least six (6) months of sales experience.

• Integrity to adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy.

• Strong customer service focus, including empathy, compassion, and effective listening skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient computer navigation skills and experience, as this position is entirely remote.
