Bilingual Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent – Spanish-English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in comprehending their coverage options and selecting the most suitable products, services, and solutions to fulfill their individual health and financial requirements.

• Offer comprehensive customer service and sales throughout the entire process, handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls for follow-up.

• Address customer questions with empathy and active listening, efficiently identifying the best solutions.

• Recognize additional needs that customers may have and support them in upgrading their products or services.

• Finalize the sale or renewal of a health plan that aligns with the customer's preferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid health insurance license in your state of residence.

• High-speed internet connection (greater than 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).

• At least six (6) months of sales experience.

• Commitment to uphold HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy.

• Strong customer service skills, including empathy, compassion, and effective listening abilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient computer navigation skills and experience, as this position is entirely remote.
