Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Delivers patient care through evidence-based practices to effectively address the clinical needs of patients.

• Reviews and signs off on patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and necessary consents.

• Accurately documents all services provided and patient-related activities.

• Conducts crisis interventions for individuals and families in alignment with the individual's safety plan.

• Engages in regular case planning alongside the involved Multidisciplinary Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses an active, unrestricted mental health license in both the state of primary residence and the state where medical services are rendered (Arizona).

• Comfortable operating in a remote work environment.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
