This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Undergo training to become an Over the Phone Interpreter

• Deliver exceptional consecutive interpretations

• Communicate with clients in a clear and accurate manner

• Exhibit outstanding customer service practices

• Follow all work requirements diligently

• Acquire knowledge of new subject matter and qualify for advanced call types

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at an advanced level

• Valid Dominican ID

• High School Diploma required

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Contact Center

• Consistent Internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps

• Dependable Internet Service Provider

• Electricity contract (last invoice must be provided)

• Power Inverter or a reliable uninterrupted power source

• Reside within city limits (Gran Santo Domingo)

• Maintain a quiet workspace or home office free from distractions
