📋 Description

• Respond to incoming customer calls

• Interact thoughtfully with customers to ascertain their needs

• Perform research across various systems to address inquiries

• Supply clear and precise information to assist consumers in navigating healthcare options

• Handle a high volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism

• Adhere to a set schedule, including scheduled breaks and lunch periods

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Tagalog

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications

• A designated home workspace free from distractions

• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection with a minimum of 25 mbps
