This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the CEO's calendar, agenda, and daily tasks.
• Organize and facilitate both internal and external meetings.
• Create daily and weekly agendas to keep the CEO organized.
• Monitor action items and liaise with internal team members to ensure task completion.
• Assist in tracking KPIs, goals, and ensuring adherence to processes.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and external service providers.
• Handle communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing support to C-level executives or business owners.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong follow-up skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, trackers, and basic reporting tools.
• High level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 or Teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or similar is a plus.
