This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Initiating follow-up calls to clients once cases are assigned

• Offering comprehensive explanations of the reduction process

• Diligently recording phone calls, case statuses, and documents in the online document management system

• Ensuring efficient integration of releases onto Litify

• Verifying PIP benefits and confirming damages with a complete list of providers

• Confirming outstanding balances on medical accounts

• Negotiating bills with service providers

• Promptly dispatching reductions

• Maintaining regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries bi-weekly

• Conducting case evaluations and personal audits for productivity

• Creating and tracking weekly projection reports

• Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the suitable team member

• Taking and relaying messages or directing calls to voicemail when staff are unavailable

• Logging calls and uploading documents into the online document management system

• Providing clerical assistance to office personnel, including faxing, copying, and organizing files

• Keeping consistent communication with clients and addressing their queries

• Timely gathering of insurance coverage information

• Following up on medical treatments and verifying continuity of care

• Requesting and obtaining medical records and billing statements from providers

• Communicating with insurance companies about treatment status and updating adjuster information in the system

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Willingness to work overtime as necessary

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Resourceful and proactive in troubleshooting issues

• Self-driven with the capability to manage multiple tasks

• Able to operate independently with minimal supervision
