Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the digital channel growth strategy and performance across online ordering, third-party delivery, and loyalty programs.

• Responsible for key performance indicators including digital sales mix, conversion rates, frequency, average check, and customer retention.

• Manage daily planning and execution across all digital platforms, ensuring operational readiness and reliability.

• Convert strategic plans into standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and execution standards for agencies, internal teams, and franchisees.

• Lead the ongoing management and optimization of third-party delivery platforms.

• Assist in defining, launching, and scaling Dairy Queen Mexico’s loyalty and first-party e-commerce platforms.

• Supervise social media, website, and SEO performance as part of the comprehensive digital ecosystem.

• Act as a reliable digital partner to franchisees across all digital initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree; an MBA is a plus.

• Over 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in quick service restaurants (QSR), retail, or franchised sectors.

• Proven experience in launching and scaling digital platforms, including online ordering, delivery, and loyalty solutions.

• Strong knowledge of digital performance drivers, delivery ecosystems, and e-commerce optimization strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners without having direct authority.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel locally and internationally up to 10%.
