This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Deliver professional and courteous service through email and live chat platforms.
• Understand and support our users' needs effectively.
• Assist users in creating and launching their websites, setting up their URLs, troubleshooting errors, and identifying bugs.
• Respond to inquiries regarding student discounts.
• Enhance the appearance of our users' pages.
• Provide e-commerce and form solutions.
• Conduct translation tasks and participate in product testing.
• Passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction!
• Possesses excellent Finnish (native level) and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has experience in customer support within a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in managing challenging customers/clients.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintains accurate records effectively.
• Functions well as part of a team.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and multitasking efficiently.
• Works well with minimal supervision.
• Available to work during holidays and weekends.
• Able to work remotely on a full-time basis (minimum of 40 hours per week; GMT+8 time zone) with a personal laptop/computer and a reliable internet connection.
• Familiarity with Domains, SEO, and Analytics is a plus!
