This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Deliver professional and courteous service via our email and live-chat platforms.
• Understand and support the needs of our users.
• Assist users in creating and launching their websites, setting up personalized URLs, resolving errors, or identifying bugs.
• Respond to inquiries regarding student discounts.
• Enhance the appearance of our users' pages.
• Provide e-commerce and form solutions.
• Conduct translation tasks and participate in product testing.
• Passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction!
• Possesses excellent Finnish (native level) and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Has experience in customer support within a fast-paced setting.
• Skilled in managing challenging customers or clients.
• Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintains accurate records effectively.
• A collaborative team player.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and multitasking efficiently.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available to work during holidays and weekends.
• Can work remotely and full-time (minimum of 40 hours per week; GMT+8 time zone), equipped with own laptop/computer and a reliable internet connection.
• Familiarity with Domains, SEO, and Analytics is advantageous!
