This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and chat in both Spanish and English.
• Welcome customers, verify their accounts, actively listen, and demonstrate empathy.
• Address internet, Wi-Fi, and basic device problems (Level 1–2 support).
• Utilize tools like Freshdesk, Sonar CRM, and other internal systems.
• Accurately document all interactions and adhere to procedures/SLAs.
• Refer complex issues to senior technicians as necessary.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English (oral and written).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in a call center or help desk setting).
• Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting (internet, Wi-Fi, devices).
• Excellent typing and multitasking abilities (able to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers).
• Professional, patient, and composed when dealing with upset or frustrated customers.
• Available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules in a 24/7 environment.
• Reside in NY State or Florida (preferably near Plainview, NY or Ocala, FL area).
• Opportunities for overtime.
