This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage customer interactions across various platforms
• Contribute to sales growth while serving as a brand ambassador in communications
• Offer pre-sales assistance by addressing product inquiries
• Provide post-sales support by resolving order-related issues
• Oversee multi-channel communications, including emails and phone calls
• Native-level proficiency in **Korean** (both written and spoken)
• Strong command of **English** for internal communication
• At least **1 year of experience in customer service**, ideally within e-commerce or online retail
• Experience with **marketplace platforms** (Coupang, Naver, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) is highly advantageous
• Knowledge of **order management systems, CRMs, and ticketing tools**
• Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce processes (order lifecycle, returns, refunds, logistics)
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet and professional workspace conducive for calls
