This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Become a part of our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative and assist in supporting members throughout Canada.
• In this position, you will deliver support and services to our members, allowing you to effectively resolve issues and positively contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Your primary goal in this role is to ensure the highest level of customer service possible.

• A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education or equivalent experience is preferred.
• You possess a keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting; you must be comfortable sitting while using a computer and headset for extended periods.
• Candidates with over 2 years of experience in a Contact Centre have shown to thrive in our environment.
• Strong technical skills are necessary – you should be able to navigate multiple applications while assisting callers.
• You excel at problem-solving; understanding callers' needs and quickly determining the best solutions in any situation.
• Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken, is required.
