This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls within a call center setting.
• Act as the initial point of contact for customers, providing assistance with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to address questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Support customers with payments, renewals, cancellations, and various policy-related matters.
• Record customer interactions and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet departmental objectives and service standards.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations.
• Previous customer service experience is essential; experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
• Effective organizational skills.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and professional demeanor.
