This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Answer customer service calls and handle correspondence in line with Standard Operating Procedures and contact requirements.
• Manage correspondence following Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations.
• Record correspondence and interactions in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and contract stipulations.
• Execute updates in the SMI system and State system according to Standard Operating Procedures and contract guidelines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of previous experience in service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Strong data entry skills, including proficiency with keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad.
• Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows applications.
• Work from home!
