This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver assistance and service to providers and members within the federal contact center.
• Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries.
• Skillfully resolve issues and foster a positive team environment.
• Guarantee that callers receive the utmost level of customer service.
• Assist callers while managing multiple software applications.
• Comprehend callers’ needs and identify effective solutions.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders in both English and French.
• Work scheduled 7.5-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, which may include evening shifts after training.
• Availability to work varying shifts between 7 am and 10 pm from Monday to Friday.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Clear, concise, and friendly communication skills via email and phone.
• Training and education and/or relevant experience in customer service or healthcare.
• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Ability to focus and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Capability to sit while using a computer and headset for extended periods.
• Strong technical skills.
• Proficiency in multitasking and navigating multiple software applications concurrently.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to learn rapidly.
• Fluently bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) required.
• Fingerprinting, Criminal Record Check, and Credit Check required.
• Must have lived in Canada for at least 5 years.
• Must possess Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status.
• A private, secure, quiet, distraction-free home working environment with locked doors and a controllable atmosphere.
• Approved home internet network.
• Experience in a Contact Centre is beneficial; 2+ years is noted as advantageous for success.
• Monday to Friday shifts concluding at 10 pm AT.
• No overnight shifts.
