This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee incoming communications via calls, emails, and messages from clients, ensuring prompt and accurate replies to their inquiries.
• Gather and record critical information from clients regarding their cases, guaranteeing all essential details are logged correctly.
• Assist clients in understanding their cases by offering updates and information about the legal process.
• Handle and resolve client issues or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Provide support for administrative duties as required, which may include data entry, managing schedules, and organizing client files.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within a legal or office setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating a customer-focused approach.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in case management software considered an advantage.
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and efficiently manage time in a dynamic environment.
