Bilingual Customer Service, Rebate Processing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offers fundamental troubleshooting assistance and suggests solutions.

• Data Entry - inputs information into various database systems.

• Receives data and sourcing documents, assembles, organizes, interprets, and verifies data for entry.

• Maintains both electronic and physical filing systems for applications, rebates, and other supporting documents.

• Effectively communicates as part of a team approach with other departments to serve customers.

• Engages in customer service tasks such as responding to emails and phone inquiries.

• Delivers outstanding customer service and call handling in a customer-focused environment.

• Protects confidential customer data.

• May provide peer training to coworkers and support job shadowing as assigned in the area of responsibility.

• Willing to assist with any program within the department as assigned.

• Performs additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Availability to work an 8-hour shift as scheduled between 8 am and 6 pm.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in a call center environment.

• Proficient in 10-key data entry using a computer keyboard.

• Familiarity with various Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Access.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• A positive and customer-friendly attitude.

• Capable of following directions as provided.
