This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
• Support customers with inquiries regarding orders, returns, billing, and product details
• Precisely input customer and order data into internal databases
• Address customer issues with professionalism and escalate matters as needed
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and the steps taken
• Recognize opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and bolster sales efforts
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
• Capability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating various systems
• Preferred typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Adaptable and team-oriented mindset
