This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication via phone, chat, and text.

• Utilize active listening and inquiry techniques to comprehend each consumer’s needs and direct them towards the most appropriate legal options, facilitating successful client transitions.

• Address customer issues and offer suitable solutions and alternatives within designated timeframes.

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude to ensure a positive experience for callers.

• Accurately record and update customer information.

• Achieve or surpass performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction targets.

• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to handle high call volumes while upholding quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to Contact Center protocols.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in collections, customer service, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, or conversion goals in call center or customer-facing positions.

• Excellent customer service skills accompanied by strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Self-motivated individual with a strong capacity to excel in incentive-driven, goal-oriented settings.

• Proficient in problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritizing responsibilities in a time-sensitive environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions calmly, clearly, and professionally.

• Access to a reliable internet connection and the necessary computer equipment for job responsibilities.

• Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute with accuracy.

• A customer-centric approach and a strong dedication to ongoing improvement.

• Availability to work full-time, including at least one weekend day per week.

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
