Bilingual Collections Representative – French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Investigate the underlying causes of overdue invoices by employing problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Utilize system features and established procedures to address outstanding invoices.

• Adhere to established protocols and quality benchmarks.

• Refer complex issues to senior team members or management when appropriate.

• Propose suggestions for process enhancements.

• Foster professional relationships with both internal and external customers.

• Maintain transparent communication and build trust by delivering prompt, professional, and high-quality service.

• Continue to enhance collection skills and knowledge of collection procedures.

• Execute other assigned duties or responsibilities based on team requirements or country-specific needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent qualification.

• At least two (2) years of experience in collections, payment application, credit, accounts payable, or a related financial sector.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.

• Exceptional command of the French language, both spoken and written.

• Competence in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong communication abilities and adaptability.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding analytical and critical-thinking skills, with effective decision-making capabilities.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced professional setting with tight deadlines.
