This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Deliver first-level support to clients through email, phone, and chat.
β’ Assist in the creation and updating of resources for both staff and clients.
β’ Engage in initiatives aimed at the ongoing enhancement of services and processes.
β’ Provide support to cross-functional project teams as required.
β’ At least five (5) years of experience in a client-oriented position (preferably within the healthcare sector).
β’ College diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Office Administration, Communications, or a similar field.
β’ Proficiency in a Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and Word.
β’ Bilingual (English and French).
