• Respond to inbound communications via email, chat, text, and phone in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilize advanced technologies such as Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Dialpad, Hubspot, and Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to facilitate precise communication and reporting.
• Organize client files within an online database, monitor deadlines, and manage calendars for teamwork and caseload management.
• Gather, assess, and document critical papers to ensure accurate and prompt case processing.
• Comprehend and adhere to essential success metrics for your position, providing regular updates on progress.
• Maintain up-to-date databases and tracking systems, delivering effective administrative support.
• An Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center setting, particularly in customer service or technical support.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use Customer Relationship Management databases or similar organizational tools.
• Availability during customer service center operational hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.

• Experience engaging with diverse communities and a strong commitment to social impact and justice.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
• Familiarity with call center operations, capable of managing high call volumes while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain an average of over 30 calls per day and an average handling time of less than 10 minutes.
• Intermediate computer skills or higher, including multitasking across various applications, comfort with fast-paced instant messaging, basic CRM knowledge, and efficient system navigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
