This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Leadership and Coaching: You will implement daily coaching initiatives and follow-up sessions to inspire the team to surpass their commercial objectives.
β’ Funnel Optimization: You will execute strategies aimed at increasing the monthly conversion rate by a minimum of 5 percentage points.
β’ Lead Quality Oversight: You will guarantee that 90% of prospects moving forward to consultation are adequately qualified, collaborating closely with the Marketing team.
β’ Missed Call Mitigation: You will act as the "Guardian of the Phone," proactively assessing and addressing missed calls from potential clients to ensure no inquiries go unanswered.
β’ Data Mastery: You will create and present weekly KPI dashboards and quarterly "Sales Boulders" to facilitate informed strategic decision-making.
β’ Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Coordinator in a BPO or Sales Call Center environment.
β’ Bilingual proficiency (Spanish / English) β fluent in both spoken and written communication (B2 level).
β’ Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
β’ Sales Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in coordinating and motivating sales teams, ideally in remote settings.
β’ Conversion Management: Proven history of implementing strategies to enhance lead-to-sales conversion rates.
β’ Strategic Operational Planning: Ability to design quarterly goals (Sales Boulders) and maintain high-availability schedules.
β’ Sales Coaching: Skilled in executing daily training programs grounded in high-performance methodologies, such as Cardone.
β’ Lead Quality Control: Oversight of the client acquisition process and prospect classification (Lead Scoring).
β’ A competitive compensation package: base hourly pay (10-18USD) plus incentives (based on work experience), with potential hourly rate increases after the first six months contingent on performance.
