
Bilingual Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage incoming telephone calls through an automated system and address basic to moderately complex inquiries from members.
• Investigate member calls and inquiries, providing responses in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Record calls in a customer relationship management (CRM) ticketing system.
• Address member requests and inquiries, updating CRM records with the outcomes.
• Make outbound calls to members as directed by customer needs or business requirements.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• A minimum of 6 months of customer service or telephone experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with computer software and telephone technologies.
• Experience using help desk software.
• Strong business and analytical critical thinking abilities.
• Capability to follow both oral and written instructions.
• Proficient in navigating Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and internet browsers.
