Bilingual Associate Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Delivers patient care through evidence-based practices tailored to effectively address the clinical needs of patients. This includes modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation (Symptom Recognition), Trauma Therapy, Addiction Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Bereavement/Grief Counseling.

• These targeted treatment modalities will be applied in both individual and group therapy formats, emphasizing patient engagement in their treatment plans.

• Reviews and signs off on patient clinical Psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and necessary consents in a timely manner. Responsible for maintaining clinic records, which includes documenting activities related to service delivery.

• Accurately documents all services and patient activities. Ensures that documentation adheres to best clinical practices, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and other legal standards.

• Provides crisis intervention for individuals and families based on the established safety plan for each individual.

• Engages in regular case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team as new information is obtained, ensuring the most clinically suitable patient disposition.

• Participates in individual and group supervision as needed. Involved in ongoing education initiatives, including in-services, training, and other activities to enhance and maintain competency. Demonstrates proficiency through post-testing, skill observation, and evaluations by the direct supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses an active and unrestricted mental health license in both the state of primary residence and the state where medical services are provided.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).

• Comfortable working in a remote setting.
