Bilingual Associate Insurance Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls for a variety of products without any prospecting or cold calling involved.

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on previously provided quotes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients' customers while promoting insurance products.

• Monitor and track personal performance to achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

• Adhere to underwriting standards and corporate policies while engaging in sales negotiations.

• Utilize a computerized data entry system for tracking, information collection, and processing transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• At least one (1) year of experience in sales is necessary.

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center and/or insurance setting is required.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.

• Possession of a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license, or a willingness to obtain one.

• Strong skills in computer usage, grammar, and the ability to multitask effectively.
