
Bilingual Air Reservation Agent, Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat inquiries concerning air travel reservations.
• Support customers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and unique requests.
• Deliver precise fare quotes, travel policies, and itinerary information.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Keep current with airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations.
• Utilize reservation systems (such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) to oversee bookings.
• Communicate effectively in both English and French to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Achieve performance metrics, including call quality, booking accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with airline terminology, codes, fare basis, airline regulations and tariffs, airline passes, resource guides, books, and industry contacts.
• Outstanding communication abilities: verbal, written, presentation, and consultative skills.
• Experience in working within a virtual team environment.
• Strong knowledge of domestic, trans-border, and international travel is essential.
• Capability to perform under pressure and efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional rapport with customers is critical.
• Necessary decisive and effective problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Experience with Sabre is required; knowledge of AMADEUS is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and French is mandatory.
