This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Ensure that every service request is thoroughly documented.
• Maintain data integrity across CRM systems, budget tracking, and ticketing platforms.
• Manage the operational aspects of client onboarding processes.
• Track client health scores and identify accounts that may be at risk.
• Collaborate with service teams for clients utilizing multiple services.
• Prepare renewal documentation in advance of contract expirations.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, or a role supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Familiarity with CRM software (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and project management tools.
• Capability to maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities at once.
• A Bachelor's degree or College Diploma (preferably with a focus in business, marketing, or operations) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus.
• A passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
