This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Tasked with developing persuasive and well-organized propositions, proposals, and tender documents.

• Engaging in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Collecting information and effectively conveying NEC's capabilities and offerings.

• Composing compelling narratives that emphasize NEC’s strengths.

• Reviewing and refining content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

• Working in close partnership with the solution lead.

• Guaranteeing that all content adheres to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a proposition, proposal, and bid writer and reviewer.

• Strong writing and editing abilities, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

• Understanding of bid management processes and knowledge management systems.

• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software, including emerging AI-enabled tools.

• Capability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

• Exceptional project management and deadline management skills.

• Experience in gathering and implementing feedback to enhance bid content and increase win rates.
